Make “room” was meant to make room for the baby to be further engaged. I tried to stay on my feet as much as possible, as gravity does play a major role ya know. Newho I did the hip thing to help make room in the pelvis 4 her 2 wiggle her way down even further. I never tried any of that castor oil, non-natural induction methods…Y bother? they never work. All the natural stuff did WONDERS though
Have u started rolling ur nipples or prepping them 4 breastfeeding? That will help w/ inducing.

There more than one way to do nipple stimulation… Regardless it is not a quick process, ur right about that. It does take time and effort. I got some baby oil, and tweaked my nipple at 10 minute intervals (or until my arms felt like they were going to fall off, didn’t realize just how heave they are) when ever I was at home. I was told to stand, and swivel downward w/ my hips to help make room, and walk more than average, so I would combine these things together all at once.

right now i’m just taking the evening primrose oil 1500mg a day, and taking the late pregnancy herbal tincture 3x a day. the epo seems to be doing its job though b/c my effacement is progressing!
