hope the dentist goes ok i had a clean when i was pregnant and it hurt worse than normal sorry to tell u that, i got pains as well it was stretching pains from the baby growing, i was still sick until 16 weeks u r lucky the sickness as passed,i found the longest part of my pregnancy was from 20 to 30 weeks than it flew by i had my daughter at 34 weeks 6 days she spent 3 weeks in hospital and is really big and 7 months old now, have a good week,

I got increased mucus in my throat and nose and it started to ease up around week 20 but its just the pregnancy! I used to throw up when i would try to get it out lol!

Thanks for the crystal light tip, I needed to find something less sugary than spirite(which I NEVER drink soda until I started getting nauseated)and fruit juices..and plain water doesn’t help.

I hate the dentist, too. I just don’t like people looking in my mouth, feels weird. I’d rather go to the doctor or like you said have the baby, lol.
I get the phelgm too, every SINGLE day. When your pregnant you do produce a lot more mucous.

I know how yo feel – i am TERRIFIED of the dentist. I use to love my dentist, he retired then I had one bad dental visit when I was little and have been scarred for life since. Crazy!!! Wahoo for no heart burn, hopefully it will stay away!!!! Take care
