Thank you all for the positive comments. We love having birth being family centered, it is very important to us to include our children because we feel it helps them to bond with their new sibling. It also makes birth seem a normal thing to them, and will hopefully prepare them if and when they choose to bring their own children into the world. We enjoy practicing attachment parenting and feel as if this is a part of it as well.

Congrats on your new baby! He was getting his masters in Training and Development (adult education stuff) and officially graduated on December 20th (or was it the 21st? that entire month was a blur, ha!). The bulk of his course work/internship was from May-December (he was also working full time during this) so the pregnancy was difficult, but totally worth it for the baby in the end. I do love my chiro though, I wish my husband was a chiro because then he could give me good massages.
